Food Safety 123 : A Learning Management System for Food Safety
This LMS will host animated training videos for employees. The videos are very easy to understand and are available in English and Spanish language. It covers the following modules:

- SANITATION
- SQF (Safe Quality Foods) & HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point)
- FOOD DEFENSE
- FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act)
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- WAREHOUSE
- GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative)
At the end of each module, a short quiz will be provided to test the understanding of the employees. Certificates will then be given if they pass. These certificates are only valid for a certain period.
