Darryle Guarino has been leading Food Safety Plus for over 8 years, and has over 20 years developing quality systems in High-Speed Food Manufacturing Management. Currently a licensed SQF/HACCP consultant, Darryle specializes in helping facilities quickly and successfully implement SQF Systems. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry/Dietetics from the University of Maryland.
Eric Schwartz has spent the past twenty-five years in the food processing arena. He is currently the CEO with the largest leafy greens agriculture cooperative in the United States representing both organic and conventional products. Other past positions include CEO, Patterson Vegetable Company, President, Salyer American Fresh, and President of Dole Worldwide Fresh Vegetables. Eric has been responsible for implementing SQF Systems in several food manufacturing businesses. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
